common questions

What can I expect in therapy?

Therapy is a collaborative, reflective process shaped around your goals and lived experience. Sessions may include conversation, exploring patterns, skill-building, and gentle inquiry into present-moment experience. The pace of the work prioritizes safety, consent, and what feels most supportive for you.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship and attachment patterns, identity exploration, and life transitions.

What does an integrative approach mean?

An integrative approach means drawing from multiple evidence-based frameworks rather than relying on a single method. My work incorporates person-centered talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practices, somatic-oriented therapy, and applied mindfulness, guided by your therapeutic goals.

Do you offer telehealth or in-person sessions?

I  provide therapy to adults located in Washington State via secure telehealth-and in-person options.

How long does therapy last?

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and circumstances. Some clients seek short-term support, while others engage in longer-term work. This is something we revisit together over time.

How do I get started?

You’re welcome to begin by reaching out through the Contact page. I’ll follow up to answer questions and share next steps.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions required by law, which are reviewed during the informed consent process.

Do you offer crisis services?

No. This practice does not provide crisis services. If you are experiencing an emergency or need immediate support, please call 911 or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
